Hebei province has taken the brunt of the devastation across northern China. At least 130 people have been killed and more than 100 are still missing in the floods. Over fifty of those deaths happened in the city of Xingtai and Jingxing County. Meanwhile, in Hubei Province, rescue personnel have been working day and night to fix leaking embankments. In Anyang, Henan Province, relief workers are trying to restore power and fresh water supplies.
