Kat Bailey had promised to perform the human flag move - holding yourself horizontally in the air with legs split - on her due date , which happens to be today, August 1.
With the baby apparently arriving right on time, Kat kept to her word, and uploaded this incredible video of herself performing the routine a short time after her waters broke.vDedicating the stunt to a friend, she grabs the pole with both hands and effortlessly lifts herself off the ground, unencumbered by her large baby bump.
She holds on for a few seconds, even managing to smile, before gracefully climbing back down and saying: "Ta -da! Baby can come now."
Kat, from Nottingham, made headlines in May when she competed in the national Pole Theatre UK competition while seven months pregnant.
In an interview in February, she said pole dancing while pregnant was "just like weight training".
